Nothing is deleted. Your account moves to the Free plan, your existing codes keep redirecting, and the Free plan's limits apply to what you create from then on. Upgrade whenever you are ready.
Yes. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you are paying for until then, and nothing is cut off mid-campaign.
